My professional journey on social media began when I volunteered to manage my friend’s company’s Instagram account and website. She wanted to represent herself on digital platforms, and of course, to expand her brand and productivity. I was happy to help her, and little did I know, this would be the spark to ignite HT Social Media.

After some thought and research, I quickly realized that social media is not just about posting clever pictures and words. Although creating a common color/organizational theme attracted new followers, I realized I could do much more. I began tapping into local communities, direct messaging with town various businesses. I set up meetings within the community, who then offered us connections and more opportunities for growth. My friend’s company name was beginning to become recognized on a larger scale, and to this day, we continue to expand both creatively and as an organization.

Present day- I now manage social media accounts for a variety of organizations, each with unique visions and goals. Some of my accounts include local businesses, healthcare professionals, individual artists, financial planners, and youth sports teams. I truly enjoy the creative side of business expansion through social media.
